Delete your PickupIQ account

In the app (fastest): Profile → Settings → Delete Account → confirm. This releases your username, removes you from friends' rosters, and permanently deletes your account.

Without the app: email ballerappsdev@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We verify it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply.

What's deleted / what remains: your profile, email, photo, settings, devices, and analytics identity are permanently deleted within 30 days. Records shared with other players — completed games you played in, group messages before they age out (chats auto-delete after 30 days anyway), and highlights attached to games — remain, disconnected from any live account.
